Disliked: The room they gave me had no TV. Also the bedding was dirty.

NOT A HAPPY CAMPER WITH...

Liked: We booked this location because it was close to the concert hall we were attending that evening. when we arrived the building was closed no one was there the doors were locked and there was a construction lift inthe middle of the floor of the lobby .. Too bad they did not feel the need to let Booking.com know so you could remove them from your options of places to stay
Disliked: The Capitol Inn and Suites should have advised of its closure. I am very disappointed about the inconvenience this caused my husband and me we spent 2 hours trying to find a subsequent location to stay at . Not good

Liked: Customer service was good and the size of my room was large
Disliked: The room I booked I got there and went in my room. It was under remodel the front desk didn't even know so he gave me another room and that one had just finished remodel but was not all finished and it was a handicap room then went to check out and they tried to keep my deposit saying I messed up the room

I wouldnt come here again...

Liked: It is in a very convenient location, and the front desk was helpful when we addressed concerns about our tv not working
Disliked: The second floor smelled of cigarettes and weed. the bedding was decent, but what looked like a comforter was just a very thin nicely designed sheet and that was a little disappointing. We found a few ants in the bathroom, the sink was dirty, the microwave looked extremely used with extensive wear on it. Entertainment centers were worn down and old. The front desk was very helpful, however when we arrived the front desk employee was sitting on the ground talking in the phone for a personal phone call and took her about 5 minutes to assist us. The second time we talked to her she was no where to be found and it took a few minutes for her to get to the front. I’ve assisted in managing the Hyatt House Hotel in Portland, and oversee the valet operation at the Waterfront Hotel. I do believe there could be higher expectations for the employees, and more care with the room upkeep and amenities.
