Liked: The property appeared to be freshly painted and updated, the king size bed was extremely comfortable, the room was spotlessly clean, and the motel-style set-up allows for plenty of free parking. We didn't travel with a pet, but the property is pet-friendly. We visited in April, so the swimming pool wasn't open yet, but we've seen it previously in summer and it's great. The free breakfast is light but satisfying -- good muffins, coffee, yogurt, fruit.
Disliked: Not a dislike, but the motel is a good mile from the wharf area in the center of Provincetown. It makes for a lot of walking, but you can also drive your car closer to the center and take advantage of free street parking (if you get there early enough, especially in summer).
