Disliked: The person working at the counter acted a little put out because she had to get up and check us in.

Decent stay but I would...

Disliked: Although, I stayed 2 nights I was expecting housekeeping to come by the room and provide fresh clean bathroom towels and take out the trash. Unfortunately, housekeepers did not come by the room at all. I took out my own trash during my stay. Also, the shower was terrible. Need to replace the shower heads because they are old, there is mild dew, and the water pressure is terrible.

Poorly maintained

Liked: Conveniently located to the airport.Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Hotel in general is not well maintained.Room specifically had loose tiles in the bathroom floor and a poorly patched hole in the door. Shower leaked on the floor. Room was quite warm even with air con on. Refrigerator was very noisy.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were clean, albeit a bit dated. The location was good for where we needed to be the next day, but that area of Wichita is a bit rough. I could tell Sonesta did what they could to mitigate this issue, and I didn't feel unsafe during my stay. Overall, it is an impeccable value for what you get.
Disliked: It's near a rough part of town. The rooms could use some renovation.
