Liked: The staff was totally disrespectful and not helpful at all. The hotel had given our room to other patrons and downsized our room without notifying us of what they did.

The room was very spacious...

Liked: The room was very spacious and it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The full kitchen was very convenient.

Exceptional

Practical, good location with good...

Liked: On site laundry, location and parking.
Disliked: Big bug in room upon arrival. Shower with hair, so not cleaned well. Also need a small sofa: only a chair to sit on!

Rude

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: When I checked in and found out my room was on the ground floor I asked if I could be moved to an upper floor. It's a safety concern for me. I asked this employee at the desk if I could be switched to a different room and he told me the hotel was booked up. I went on and saw that I was able to book another room for the night. So that means it was not booked up. And he was very rude when he responded to me. The people on the floor upstairs from me apparently did not get the memo about quiet time. They sounded like they were up there doing jumping jacks most of the night.
