Liked: The beds were super comfortable. The hotel room was very clean and a lot bigger than I expected! It was perfect!
Disliked: Nothing that i didn't like.

Liked: The room was large and comfortable. Full refrigerator in unit made for the opportunity to eat in and save money.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.

One of My Favorite Places...

Liked: The candlewood cabinet, pantry and laundry being available 24/7 were top notch.
Disliked: Our keys kept getting deactivated without notice so we were parking near the street and then unable to get in the side door, having to then walk all the way around the building. The deactivations were for silly things like a single piece of.paper needing signed. There has to be a better way to notify clients of front desk needs, such as a paper on the room door, ECT. This should be attempted prior to just deactivating someone's keys.

Disliked: I was booked in a room that faced I-5. It was very noisy. The staff did give me a different room on other side of the building and it was much quieter. My other complaint is that there was no darkening curtain on the window. Not only could people see into my room--although I don't know that anyone bothered--the outside lights kept my room lighter than I preferred for sleeping. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

Beyond expectations! Best around.

Liked: Wonderful, helpful, kind staff. Clean and comfortable atmosphere, comfortable beds, amazing amenities, loved the stay.
Disliked: RV parking was unclear and very limited
