Liked: I really liked how the check in staff treated us during our family tragedy. I also really liked the the little kitchen that was in our rooms. We could eat in and save $ from eating out all the time.
Disliked: The smell in the hallway on 3rd floor. It was almost nauseating. Some of the guests were drunk and arguing.

Liked: I liked the location very much. 5-10 minutes to the airport. The front desk women were nice and tried to help us.
Disliked: No hot water!! No hot water! The pilot light was out, I had an early flight, and I needed to take a shower. Instead, I heated two saucepans full of water on the two burner stove, heated a measuring cup and a big container in the microwave, and ran water through the coffeemaker. I created an off the grid bath. I need back my money.

Very nice room, excellent staff and the facility was quite satisfactory.

Liked: Location was great for my needs. As I seldom eat complementary breakfast at hotels, this is a non issue. The staff and facility more than made up for a free breakfast. Will make a point of staying with Candlewood next trip to Alcoa.

Liked: Close to airport
Disliked: The person at the counter is the one who drives the shuttle to the airport, so we had to wait to check in, for that person. The bed sheets were full of dark hairs. Dont know if they were humans or dogs. Very noisy. You can hear everything around you, also the airplanes landing and taking off.
