Disliked: We were told several times before check in that the pool was open and assured me it would be open during our stay. WRONG, IM NOT SURE THEIR POOL WAS EVER OPEN FROM WHEN WE BOOKED TILL WE ARRIVED (CPL WKS). Very unhappy

Liked: The pool, hot tub and the loaner closet which included a waffle iron, rice cooker, crockpot, toaster, games, all kinds of stuff!!! The loaner closest was a first. There is also a FREE washer and dryer. You have to bring your own laundry soap. Just AWESOME
Disliked: They only had pink sugar. I'm a splenda girl. I had to go to the gas station next door to get what I needed for my coffee in the morning.

Disliked: UPON ENTERING THE HOTEL YOU WERE GREETED WITH A NOT SO PLEASANT OLD STALE SMELL THE POOL AND HOT TUB WERE DOWN DURING OUR STAY HOTEL JUST NEEDS SOME UPDATES AND REGULAR HOUSEKEEPING

Liked: The room was as clean as possible ( aside from the furniture ) Quiet and nice linens. Staff was great. Full size fridge and working ice maker.
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast, drawers in kitchen were crooked and not sitting right. The worst coffee I ever tasted. The furniture was dirty and damaged. No smoke alarm and a few things hanging from ceiling. A/C unit looked smashed up. The queen bed was wobbly and Could feel every movement.

Liked: Easy to get to. Had a fridge and microwave for the kids.
Disliked: It took over 10 times for the key to work to get into the room every time. They were also doing elevator maintenance 10 min before checkout which made it difficult as a family with all our luggage. The pool was closed the first couple nights and finally opened but was not heated.
