Liked: Wonderful location, plenty of parking, and very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is within just a few miles of many of Houston's top areas, including downtown, the sports venues, and the Galleria area.
Disliked: The wi fi was very hit-and-miss during my entire stay and not reliable. When arriving in my room, the bed was bare, there was no toilet paper, and only one towel, so I had to approach staff to obtain items to complete my room.

Disliked: In both rooms there were roaches, no towels in one room, one bed was missing the blanket on the bed called for another blanket to which they replied they had run out of blankets, air conditioner in one room didn't work well it was hot in the room from the time we checked in until we left in the morning
