I reached out to Booking.com's customer service for assistance in contacting the hotel regarding a potential cancellation and refund, hoping for a swift and understanding response.However, my disappointment stemmed not only from the inability to proceed with my stay but significantly from the complete lack of communication from Candlewood Suites. It's important to note that my efforts to contact the hotel extended beyond utilizing Booking.com as a mediator; I personally attempted to communicate directly with the hotel on multiple occasions.
