Disliked: The room was infested with ants.... There were ants even inside of the remote control...The staff was very rude.The location was great though.

Liked: I like the fitness laundry area, I like the kitchenette the room was ok but the sink need to be drained with draino
Disliked: I hate the fact that I have to pay a $150 deposit, the shower water pressure is awful, the bathroom sink is clogged up

Disliked: Everything starting with customer service, dirty hallway, room smells, bathtub was dirty, too much noise

Disliked: Check in confusing. Incidental charge. Concierge cart fell apart. Cushions missing on chairs. 1 wash cloth per 2 guests? Elevator was not working properly.

Didn't stay. Booked online made...

Liked: Didn't stay. Booked online made it there and because I have Chime they wouldn't let me stay without an actual Bank Card 3v3n though I paid online still haven't received my money back
