Liked: It was exactly what we needed and then some and very affordable.
Disliked: Honestly there isn’t much to complain about.

Decided to make the stay...

Liked: Staff was pleasant.
Disliked: Hotel did not look kept up. It did not smell clean, nor was the bed made in the assigned room. I was shocked of the upkeeping. I had used Sonesta a few years ago in Lombard and had a pleasant experience. Cannot tell you what that location is like today, however, I would never recommend the hotel in Warrensville, IL.

The place is pretty clean...

Liked: The kitchen and bedroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked the kitchen set up.
Disliked: The shower ddn't drain, which made getting clean a challenge. I could hear all conversations in the hall, very clearly. I wasn't impressed that there was popcorn on the floor in the bathroom, and hair on some of the fixtures. I don't like that the check-in people are allowed to have buds in, and holding a conversation while I was trying to check in.

Disliked: Tv did not work. Called desk twice first employee said she did not know what to do. Second employee said he would come up never did. He did not answer phone when I called back. People live at this place it was loud. It was bad. I have never stayed at a hotel where I felt I was I. The room next door. I called booking.com no one called me back yet
