Liked: The location was very convenient for us, since we were staying in Chicago for less than 24h and had a very early flight (at 6am) on the next day.They have 24h suttle service from and to the airport that worked very well for us. They even offered it to us when we had to go to the city, so we could take the subway directly from the airport, instead of taking an aditional bus. The staff was helpful and the room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: They charge for early Check-in even if they have mutiple available rooms.

Liked: Airport shuttles run frequentlyThere is a convenience store next door, convenient for buying food and alcohol.
Disliked: I was a little concerned about the smell in the room.

Disliked: There was no WiFi and the shower curtain was smelling bad.

Liked: Decent facilities in the room.
Disliked: Email from the hotel said we had to phone to be collected by the shuttle bus, but nobody ever answered the phone. Eventually, caught the bus more by luck than anything else.
