Great location fot discovering the...

Liked: the location of the hostel is pefect iof you want to discover the city. its also perfect for the boorkly bridge walk, which is close by. further, if you love asian cusine - this is the area to stay.
Disliked: the appartment had a broken shower, which was not fixed after 2 days. further, the tv was also not working.

Good stay in Chinatown

Liked: Good location to restaurants and Brooklyn bridge etc. room was spacious and had everything we needed really we had a great stay
Disliked: The room was a little dark with no central light but no major issues

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: They didn't have a room with 2 beds like we booked. Only one double bed which was not suitable. When I requested 2 beds, I was given a key for a different room that was full of cereal on the bed and garbage all over. We were then offered 2 single bunk beds, but after looking at how dirty everything was, how awful it smelled, and the toddlers who were running down the hallway unattended in diapers, we decided that it was not as advertised and had to cancel our reservation for false advertising. Still have not received a refund from the hotel. I have never needed to leave a negative review in my life, but I would never want an unassuming family to end up here.

Best place to stay in...

Liked: Great neighborhood to stay, the staff is there 24/7 and they are nice, the room is warm
Disliked: The room wasn’t the cleanest and the bed had a dent in the middle of the mattress

Would never stay here again.

Liked: The location was good a 10-15 min walk to metro. Close to China town food and little Italy. The corner store across the road was very helpful and useful and open 24/7.
Disliked: Pre arranged for the rooms to be close but one was on another floor despite being pre arranged and agreed by hotel. Was noisy at all times. Was not cleaned well or often. Was not as described. Rooms were small old and needed re doing. Staff were rude and not helpful.
