Good for ovenight stay, don't...
Liked: Good price for accommodation which includes breakfast, however, this breakfast wasn't that rich. The room itself was cleaned and the guy on reception very friendly.
Disliked: It's quite far from the Vancouver city so you have to take into account it will take one hour plus to get to the centre during normal traffic. The room had quite noisy AC so it disturbed during the night. Door to the bathroom and toilet are just sliding door so only visual separator, not acoustic...

I would never stay there...
Liked: Absolutely nothing!
Disliked: As soon as we entered the room it smelled musty. The appearance was uninviting. The bed was soft, terrible. The shower was old and needed upgrading. The breakfast can only be described as a ?joke ? The worst value for money I have ever experienced in a hotel.

OK for a brief stay,...
Liked: Good customer service, staff very willing to help out. The room itself was very clean, though not carpeted (some kind of vinyl flooring, I think). The WiFi was actually pretty decent, though. Very fast throughput on my VPN connection back to our home network.
Disliked: Like (unfortunately) many other hotels, the soundproofing (or lack thereof) was pretty bad. There was a couple in the next room over from us who, apparently, love to argue. Loudly. At length! It's a mystery to me where they found the energy. Add noisy dogs to the mix (this property allows pets, apparently), and it made for limited sleep. The beds weren't much better. Very stiff, hard to get comfortable on. I still have a sore shoulder from the 'experience.' The "breakfast," such as it was, is extremely basic. No meats at all, like Best Western Plus does. Just prefabricated (probably stored frozen) egg patties, bread, juice, coffee, yogurt, various (sugar-loaded) cereals and apples. There was, literally, nothing my wife could eat thanks to her dietary restrictions and food allergies. No bagels at all. I wouldn't depend on the room phones either, at least in terms of communications (or lack thereof) with the front desk. When I tried reaching them, at one point, it rang four times -- and then went to a fast busy. If that's how they handle internal calls, I wouldn't want to trust it with outside calls at all!
