The room was clean but a bit rundown. It could use some upkeep/maintenance. Was good for a place to sleep for 1 night.
Liked: The location to the venue was great.
Disliked: The room felt damp.

Perfect spot for a show! Great location.... will be coming back to stay.
Liked: Right across from venue. If you're looking to just stay a night after the show it's perfect.

Website should really let you know in advance that it is dorm rooms.
Liked: Right across from CMAC - park, walk, easy as that. And not very expensive.
Disliked: It's a dorm room, first and foremost. It was dirty; shower had a wet washcloth in it (EEEWWW); also someone's notebook was still there from class. We had no shampoo or soap. Our friends on the next floor had shampoo but no pillow cases. Wondering where the disconnect is with housekeeping. No coffee, food. Not hotel like at all.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. It was extremely dirty, the floors, shower, and really the whole room. Many of the rooms at the hotel had big Xs on the doors, I assume that meant they were condemned! Although there were pretty flowers in the front, the rest of the property was a shambles! It was conveniently located within walking distance of the CMAC, but that was the only perk - the place was revolting!

Liked: Clean; had a fridge, stove, microwave; coffee in the morning; the staff were helpful.
Disliked: Bed was as hard as a rock.

When I checked in I was given a receipt as I had already paid for the room; the receipt was for $82 and some change, however my credit card was billed $116 and some change (unsure of exact amount right this second)? Why is this? I expect a refund of the difference as why should I pay more than what the hotel is charging? Thank you.
Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Mold/mildew around the window sill.

Simple. I love the U.S.A. and American people. Great, honest, real, sympathetic, not complicated people. Life is... Laugh, Live, Love. So being a guest of Campus Gate and the American people, and to get to see for the eighth time the Doobie Brothers, was a hoot! Can't wait for the next time. Thank you, James.
Liked: Staff; location; University ''Campus'' style (I have two university degrees...)
Disliked: Some hairs on the bathroom floor; not a big deal really.

Good for a one night stay to see a concert.

The picture that was online was not of the rooms they had. It looks and feels like a mental institution. The beds are a mattress on a platform with stilts and so uncomfortable! I would rather have slept in my car. The only plus is its location, in relation to CMAC, but there is another lodge across the street from it that is 100 times better. Disappointed with the advertising and disgusted with the accommodations.
Disliked: Horrible.
