The stay was great; good staff but need to be be more efficient with internet rooms.

Liked: To make up they were apologetic - gave us a voucher for breakfast and parking.
Disliked: Made reservation online - one room was not given the way I asked for.

Liked: Location downtown in El PasoGarage across the street from the hotel for $10, overnight stay. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: In room 436 the windows were to high to be able to look at anything but the sky. Felt like something you would see in a prison. Window frame was covered in dust. General cleanliness was not the best we've seen.
