Great location in Sydney!
Liked: Location was perfect! So easy to do the board walk. They have washers and dryers so we didn't need to go to a laundromat.
Disliked: Breakfast was pure madness as a huge tour was staying at the hotel and leaving at the same time we were. The lines were very long!

Liked: Its clean , very nice view from the harbour side ,large room
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable for us,it's like a sleeping in a hammock. They don't have a pool in the hotel but they provide tickets for YMCA,one block up, so you can use the pool over there if you are lucky to get there when it's open

Liked: Good breakfast. Area has a few good restaurants and many places to visit. Exercise room had a 2 treadmills and some other things. One treadmill was very old but it worked. Could go on a fenced in roof which was great.
Disliked: Exercise room had no remote for tv. Large hot tub was not working. Smaller hot tub had sand in it. did not use it.

I would never stay there...
Disliked: Rooms are out dated. Wall paper peeling off in the hallway. The finishes in the rooms are sub-par. When you change channels on the TV in the living area. It's changes the channel in the bedroom. The breakfast services is OK. The first morning they didn't have any large plates. We were under the impression that there was a pool. As well as a couple of other guests we spoke with, there isn't, theres a broken down hot tub. The sauna is a dry sauna it doesn't get very hot. I slipped and fell down the stairs in the hot tub area, injuring my foot t's very unsafe and very slippery when exposed to moisture. There was a caution sign in the area. I reported this incident to the front desk. There was zero follow up from the hotel manager. This is and was unacceptable. Considering the nature of the accident and the responsibility of the hotel to maintain their facilities to an acceptable public standard. I would have expected the manage to at the very least attempted to inquire as to my condition. That didn't happen. In fact I unsuccessfully tried to contact the hotel manager. Instead I spoke with the maintenance manager. His response was that he'd heard about the incidence and that he was looking into it and that he felt that the hotel had done there do diligence by placing the caution sign up. This statement indicates to me that there was and is a known issue with this area and do diligence requires and it is rectified not just attention being brought to it.p There is two washing machines and one dryer for whole seven story hotel. My wife found an earwig in the bathroom.
