Hotel is right next door to the Oriental and walking distance to others. It's clean and modern with comfortable beds for a reasonable price.

Disliked: The parking valet is sub standard; slower than molasses on a cold day! During the busiest parts of the day they only had 1 valet which never showed any urgency to the amount of people waiting. Also, the restaurant closing soon after the theatre gets out makes getting a quick bite to eat impossible.

Disliked: Food was on the floor by the bed the room was very small and it wasnt close to many attractions like the website said.Also to add there were no plastic bags on any of the garbages.Around the shampoo conditioner and body wash it was brown and crusty..It smelt like sewage or a big fart and all they did was spray the hallway.There were no vending machines and the bar and food never seemed to be open. There was bottled water on site for 6 dollars.I checked out a day early.

Loved the location, great room with a view, quiet for the big city. Will come back again.

Liked: Location was amazing, the rooms were nice & well put together. Coffee was good upstairs & the snack selection was nice.
Disliked: I think instead of a light blanket a duvet wouldve been better, half n half instead of coffee mate which is just chemicals, & our bathroom in our room still had urine stains.

Liked: Great location, clean, secure, good privacy. Large room for the price in downtown Chicago. Checking in was easy. Parking setup with QR code on phone for easy entry/exit was great and simple to sue - no fumbling with paper slips, etc.
Disliked: Chromecast to the TVs didn't seem to work.
