Wonderful facility. Not family oriented

Disliked: I came with my 4 year old and husband and the other tenants were yelling and screaming “shut up” and “f you” at us whenever we moved or were in our room.

I was charger $290 when...

Disliked: Being charged 390$……… not being told I was going to be charged this prior to booking!!

Liked: Always love staying her and everyone is no nice and the standards are high like my own. I would highly recommend it!
Disliked: It takes time for housekeeping to respond to needs but not really a big deal though!

Liked: Beautiful room and great staff!
Disliked: I did not like that the water pressure for the shower and the sink was very low and that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Also I asked for them to tell housekeeping to clean my bathroom and replace the towels and amenities but this was never done.

Liked: Hotel is very modern and clean.
Disliked: The hotel staff was not knowledgeable about their billing practices. I was double charged for 1 night and had to go through my bank for a refund because the staff did not know how to process a refund.
