Liked: The hotel at first glance looked newly renovated/decorated
Disliked: Couldn't sleep due to bright outside light(even with light blocking curtain) and super loud ac unit.

Liked: The room was a nice size. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub wasn't working. I was looking forward to that after my cruise.

Understaffed and the worst bed I have ever slept on.
Liked: The room was nice in general.I felt badly for the restaurant staff as I could tell they were working very hard.
Disliked: Firstly at check in, they tried to put the 4 of us in a room with one king bed, even though I had booked and paid for a king suite many months prior which had a pull out couch.Next, we could not eat dinner or breakfast at the restaurant as there was only 1 server for around 100 people. And she was also the bar tender. So they were severely understaffed. Finally the bed was so awful. It looked like a 600lb person had laid on it for a year straight, there was a huge hole in the middle of the mattress. The worst mattress I have ever seen. We rotated the mattress 180 degrees but it was still bad. Also it was covered in cigarette stains. The mattress in room 425 definitely needs to be thrown out.
