Lovely hotel, but convenience items...

Liked: Beautiful spotlessly clean modern rooms. Excellent restaurant on 4th floor.Friendly and helpful staff.Great location.
Disliked: Extortionate prices charged for convenience items. $4 for a tiny bottle of milk was just unfair and ridiculous. Left a bad taste having to pay these prices.

Liked: I had the corner with balcony. Was spacious and lovely. Very nice view. Vanessa at desk was very sweet and professional. As well as the other girl I think Amy was her name, and Owen for valet was quick and friendly.

Liked: Location, friendly staff, reasonably prompt replacement of broken room refrigerator.
Disliked: Poor value for the rate + parking. Restaurant hours and menu options very limited.
