Disliked: They one gave us as a family not even half a roll of toilet paper they said that it was a 50$ deposit but instead charged a 100$ deposit

Liked: Location relative to airport was not far or a hassle.
Disliked: The shuttle didn’t start until 4am which was a main reason of our selection to stay. We had to leave at 3am costing us $45 extra as we had to Uber. We also had kids with and the pool was ICE COLD as well as the hot tub that was out of service and there was zero notice of that anywhere and we weren’t told. We found out when we put our feet in. Elevator buttons had taped signs that read “still works” which was not real assuring.

Liked: Lobby size allowed for us to sit and eat our food after a long travel day
Disliked: Front desk lady disappeared for a while and we couldnt get sheets for pullout couch. The shuttle driver said he didnt know where she was and had been looking for her as well

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, nice rooms, comfy beds
Disliked: Hot tub sounds like it hasnt been working properly for months. Often times people book for the hot tub. Airport shuttle not running until 4am but needed to be at airport at 3am for flight. Thought it was 24 hours
