Nice establishment close to the...

Liked: Airport shuttle driver was amazing!!!! We also used the shuttle for transport to dinner!!
Disliked: Lobby was under construction and guests had to walk through an awkward maze through the fitness center with hand made signs & arrows that were NOT clear. professional and better made signs would have been welcomed.

Did the job for what...

Liked: Location was good. We were staying just one night before catching our cruise.
Disliked: We had no warning the entire hotel was under construction. Everything was closed (gym, bars, onsite restaurants) except the pool, which was ice cold.

Liked: The room was large the receptionist was pleasant sorted taxis out to the port cheaper than we were able to get
Disliked: It was having building work done in the reception and for some reason I thought the transaction for the rooms had gone through using my card loaded in US dollars and the hotel never mentioned it hadn't so a week later when we were back in the UK they took it in UK currency which I was very annoyed at because I purposely wanted to pay in dollars so please watch out for this because they let us stay and didn't say anything They also photocopied some receipt s I needed and yet again did not say they were going to charge me but once again back home they did

Disliked: Dusty room. Noisy, old, dirty. They didn’t pick up the trash in the room.

Didn’t enjoy anything but pool...

Liked: I did not enjoy my stay upon entry the entire lobby was under construction. Which was not something mentioned upon booking. Traveling from Tx to Florida for a Birthday was not what was expected. Entire lobby area under construction I was told to go next door to Spring hills hotel to eat or if I wanted something to drink. Let seriously and as I mentioned to the Attendant that I don’t think this a good welcome for us it’s a bit of an inconvenience for us. She goes to say well just try not to think about all what’s going on at the hotel just try and relax. I’m like ummm you can’t tell me how to relax these things are an issue for me. Also was given a paper stating the water would be off for a bit meaning I had to shower at a certain or not even be in the hotel during that time. Very inconvenient and not what I was expecting upon arrival. I’m requesting a full refund. Ice machine didn’t work on floor 4 had to go up to 5,6,7 seven did work thank God.
Disliked: The only thing I liked was the pool nothing else was relevant to discuss entire lobby under construction.
