Liked: There were no signs in the restroom to save your towels that housekeeping only comes only every THIRD day! Also no one mentioned it at check in! The 2nd day we called for service and we're still not told they won't be coming. No new coffee bad for Hilton!
Disliked: It was a beautiful room great beds if only someone had told us but I think every three days is not enough! Surly we don't ask or expect the linens to be changed but coffee & cups, trash would be nice and a heads up to keep your towels hung up a day or 2!

Disliked: Unfriendly staff at receptionRooms not cleaned. Trash bags of other guests were left in the corridors for over 24 hours. When asked to clean the room, we were told we have to be specific. We asked for trash bins to be cleaned and the complementary coffee/tea tray to be cleaned. It didn't happen only tea bags left at the mirror. When asking staff at reception, they were unfriendly and unhelpful.

Perfect to spend a night close to LAX after a long flight.

Liked: Convenient location near LAX, style, quiet, clean, friendly staff.
Disliked: High parking costs, adds more than 10% to room cost. This wasnt like that in the past. Hotel lies within a huge parking area with abundantly many free slots.
