Relaxing , stress free, the...
Liked: We just love the Bushmills Inn so peaceful and relaxing . Food excellent and so were the staff.
Disliked: No complaints .

Liked: The staff were so helpful and friendly, they could not have done more to ensure a lovely stay.Also the dinner was delicious, with a lovely atmosphere. All of the cozy fires lit around the hotel ensured a relaxing comfortable stay.
Disliked: Nothing, I wish I could stay for longer.

Quaint old world charm
Liked: Beautiful hotel Fabulous food Staff very nice Relaxing break - just wasn?t long enough unfortunately and nice little shops in Bushmills to pass a few hours strolling around
Disliked: Had booked a deluxe twin room and the room we were originally allocated did not live up to the deluxe description of being bright and airy It was a nice enough room but not as we expected it to be We asked to look at another room which was definitely in keeping with the deluxe description and we swapped to that room.

Liked: Food, friendly professional and efficient staff. Location to all the Antrim & north coast beauty spots.
Disliked: Have stayed at other Hotels with a similar price which had more facilities eg Spa, pool etc.

Beautiful old hotel
Liked: Amazing old cottage with antique furniture, had a very nice room. Comfortable bed. Really nice rooms and bathrooms. Very clean.

Liked: The hotel building and courtyard are really nice and the location is great. The room was beautiful, cosy and warm and the Bathroom was lovely.
Disliked: The customer service at reception could have been much better for the price paid and the standard of the hotel. At times it seemed like the service provided was minimum effort. Greeting and interacting with guests as they pass through the lobby is not asking much. Even at check out, when highlighting an error on the bill where two mornings breakfast had been added when we only requested one, the receptionist insisted that we had made the error. She even worded the apology as "I'm sorry it was a misunderstanding at check when you asked for breakfast for one morning and didn't clarify that it wasnt required for the second morning". On the other hand, the restaurant staff were fantastic, very friendly, helpful and approachable.
