Liked: Room and facilities were brilliant and very clean. Only seen staff once but they were pleasant. The location was brilliant for the city centre just a 10-15 min walk.

Perfect location, very clean, great...

Liked: Perfect location; quiet but within easy walking distance to the centre. Very clean bedroom/ bathroom. Parking was good. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Not keen on the memory foam mattress but that was just my own personal taste.

Disliked: The only little criticism I had was that the traffic noise kept me awake as I’m not used to sleeping next to a main road. Bar also shut at 8pm which we thought was a little early.

Very comfortable family stay in...

Liked: The property is well situated, with a short walk into York centre. The room and hotel was impeccably clean, with a convenient mini bar fridge in our family room, in addition to tea/coffee facilities. Our family loved our stay and we would love to visit again. Free parking on the property was a huge saving and convenience we deeply appreciated.
Disliked: There were no negative points to our stay.

Liked: Great welcome, really comfortable bed, great water pressure in shower. Beautiful breakfast. Car park was really helpful too.
