Extremely happy about it

Liked: David the manager was extremely friendly and helpful, Rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable. I booked for 1 night to go to Vermont and see the solar eclipse in north of Vermont. But in my way back to Washington DC I stayed one more night there.

Liked: The manager who checked us in was prompt and helped fix the hot water temperature and some discoloration of the water when we first arrived. He was also very patient and helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to work the remotes. The stay was comfortable, quiet, plenty of hot water, heater in the room wasn’t loud, lots of space to love around in the room, and best of all, they left a goodie bag with treats and drinks for us upon our arrival! What a cool surprise! I’ve never had even the fanciest of hotels be that considerate and caring! I will totally stay here again the next time I visit Glens Falls!

Disliked: Property was old, run down, zero amenities. It was simply a room to sleep.

Clean, simple, comfortable and quiet

Liked: Very simple old-style motel, but very clean and comfortable. Our unit was in the back building away from the road so it was very quiet. Also it had a very quiet AC unit! Our host was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Would have liked to have a coffee maker in the room.
