Great stay; great place; really nice staff.

Liked: The owners are very attentive, friendly and helpful; the hotel is clean and very well cared for, and the room was clean, comfortable and reasonable.
Disliked: No coffee maker in the room; that would be a great addition.

Liked: The place was dirty. The staff was rude and disrespectful it rodents.
Disliked: I didn’t like anything it was just disgusting bad experience and I would like my money back because of the roaches did not clean my hotel lied and said so was in my disrespectful. I do not want this on the app because they’re dirty and they don’t care about anyone they lied the place had roaches, the refrigerator didn’t work the stove didn’t work the sheets were disgusting and I did not stay my whole for two days

Liked: The lady at the front desk was pleasant and I wish her well.
Disliked: This was one of the worst lodgings I have ever paid for. The room smelled terrible (my son said it smelled like a mix between an attic and a port o potty). The buildings and room materials are of poor quality and need replacing, and the location is undesirable. I would not return for any price and left the next morning and went to the Best Western, apologizing to my family for making them stay there. We arrived about midnight after the Syracuse game and still considered not staying at all, but we were so tired. I didn't sleep well and was up late looking for another place to stay. I assumed because the price was over 200 per night that it would be a decent but simple place. It wasn't acceptable. The photo on booking shows part of the sign and sky because the place looks awful. There was a gash out of the side of a building, orange cones marking danger in the lot and a pole that had been uprooted lying in the parking lot. It looked war torn. The bathroom was tiny with the sink in the bedroom, the hot water was tepid for the second shower, and while it had been cleaned, cleaning doesn't fix old surfaces. Pillows were old and lumpy. Beds small and mattresses cheap. Like staying in an old cabin but without any charm. Another guest was smoking and we could smell it in our room. The list goes on. It's shoddy and ramshackle and overpriced and I can't imagine why anyone would return for a second night.

Disliked: There was a strong smell in the room uppn arrival. You have to go to your room from the outside of the building. A homeless man was sleeping at the check in entrance. The light in the room kept turning off all night.

Disliked: lack of amenities, but that's what you're (not) paying for
