Liked: Breakfast excellent, good location, staff helpful, plenty of character, restaurant good., parking good.
Disliked: Bedroom tired, washbasin cracked, basin plug not attached to basin, waste pipe partially blocked, windows difficult to open, pillows terrible.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. Ecclectic nature of the main rooms. Large car park.range if drinks.
Disliked: No sign at car park entrance. Satnav got me close, but I missed the opening twice. Helpful staff assisted...thanksNo cooked breakfast on Monday morning, had to search for that fact on the booking site, found it in the feedback comments. I would have still booked it, but from Monday/Tuesday instead..Despite these small comments the Hotel was central, welcoming and made for a fabulous stay. Thank You "team George"

Liked: Wonderful vegetarian breakfast, right in Oakham centre
Disliked: Noisy guests late at night

Just what you'd hope an...

Liked: Gorgeous decor and lovely ambiance, particularly the public areas. Big breakfasts to a very high standard. The staff very helpful going above and beyond.
Disliked: Short staffed on a couple of occasions meant the phone didn't always get answered.
