Overall not a terrible experience but it does worry me not knowing what the black substance is that I inhaled.
Liked: The location.
Disliked: I had a black substance in my nose when I woke in the morning, which I reported to the front desk. Later in the evening I discovered a lot of cobwebs that were also covered in a black substance which is probably what I was inhaling.

Highly recommend this hotel if attending a show in the theatre district. Close to everything; clean; quiet; super staff. Would stay here again!
Liked: Julivane at the front desk was super nice and helpful - top notch!

I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. The room was perfectly sized for a Manhattan hotel, and it was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. It is ideally located for the theatre district, and the restaurants nearby are varied and well priced.
Liked: The management and staff were pleasant and courteous; the room was clean and comfortable.
