Worst state I’ve ever seen...

Liked: Nothing They did have a picture that read “Look at the magic all around you”Which did make me laugh considering the state of the place
Disliked: We were given the code an hour late while we waited on the stairs, once we got in the room it was absolutely disgusting it looked like someone was living in there! Old food and mouldy cup Toenail in the bed! They offered to clean it in 30 mins which was not enough time to clean that properly plus it was not the room we booked as it had a double bed and there was three of us so we had booked the bunk beds so where was we supposed to sleep? They told me they would refund me but have since refused as it’s a non refundable booking however I did not book this room nor did I book to sleep in someone else’s filth? Do not stay here

Liked: Location ok .. did not like anything !
Disliked: The place was filthy .. bring your own hoover and duster !! ..thank god the bed was reasonably comfortable ..also only 1 night stay so lucky escape .

Disliked: AVOID! Cancelled the booking the afternoon I was due to check in then did not provide any alternative accommodation. Promised refund by the end of day, only arrived 4 days later. Needless to say, would not recommend.

Old dark hotel, very basic!

Disliked: I stayed there two night on separate bookings as described to stay a extra night after Brighton Marathon. Checking in Was hard work as was a text service with a company. You have to paid £100 deposit on each booking or a Waver fee. First night manager to book in after lots of messages, room was small the room wasn’t restocked as only had coffee on milk or shower gel or a cup or glass! It was very old and missing tiles in bathroom and no shower curtain! Next day had to check in again which took ages again, we had booked two room one room didn’t have a key in the door safe so contacted them and they told where a spare key was. So managed to open the door only to find one already in the room!! Contact them again and they supplied us with another room! All rooms are very old and had no toilet roll. Did the job for what it was but wouldn’t stay again!!

Disliked: Place was dirty. Asked for a new room and the customer service was absolutely dreadful.

Disliked: it’s close to the sea which is great apart from when there’s a storm and there’s a breeze coming through the window even though it’s closed, curtains closed too and the radiator doesn’t work. The duvet is really thin so I ended up with a tracksuit on in bed and even put the provided towel over me too. The room is called the breeze room, I soon found out why!!
