Great place to stay in...

Liked: Staff were great, upgraded to King room on arrival, excellent value for money. Great breakfast, very good value for money.
Disliked: All Good

Looks great on line but...

Liked: Centrality to city
Disliked: The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, far too high off the ground. The breakfast as overpriced as half the food was cold despite being there right on time. The wifi kept cutting out which was annoying when trying to do work online.

It was a great location...

Liked: the location was fantastic
Disliked: the rooms were very warm and very small

Comfortable stay in a good...

Liked: Good location in the city centre and comfortable rooms for the night. Access to facilities for clothes washing was also very useful during our trip.
Disliked: The room was a bit too small, and it was a tight squeeze with suitcases. Also, the buffet breakfast needed more options.

Friendly staff, great value, central...

Liked: This hotel is fantastic. It's in a very central and convenient location, has courteous and professional staff, a nice lounge and bar on the ground floor and a tasty and reasonable breakfast buffet, and the room was cosy and functional. It's good value for money right in the heart of Christchurch. I would certainly return, and easily recommend it.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Disliked: I had an internal room which obviously had no window but was also rather noisy
