Liked: Location, big rooms and bed
Disliked: Bathroom, breakfast, and they don't have late check-out. Per 2 hours, it was a full day payment. Check out 11.00, check in 15.00.Its really not fair

Liked: The location is amazing!! So close to everyrhing. The hotell is very nice and the satff was friendly
Disliked: There wasn't a safe in the room to put in valuable stuff, but the staff had a safe in the reception we could put our stuff in

Liked: A great location and a very nice breakfast.
Disliked: My single room was obscenely small and when I inquired about changing to a double or another single with more square footage the front desk staff balked and reluctantly offered up options at hundreds of Euro's a night extra. Other rooms were available (I checked before asking) and it seemed clear they didn't want to be bothered with my request unless they could more than double the room rate. The front desk staff had a bit of an attitude in my opinion.

Liked: location, clean. Great place to explore Vienna Old Town.
Disliked: internet was completely unusable, as by that I mean it's hard to even load anything. I did a speedtest to be objective - download speed was 0.65Mbps with ping of 558 ms. It wasn't a wifi issue (the connection to the router was strong).
