Very good

Liked: The place was ideally located and easily accessible, rooms were clean and the rates were reasonable.
Disliked: Probably only downside was the windows aren't particularly well soundproofed so you can hear the lorries loading up in the early hours.

Disappointing

Liked: Check in was easy and fast. Restaurants are close by.
Disliked: For the price, it's not worth it. And all the restaurants that are close by closes their kitchen by 10:30 11:00pm

Terrible experience. Overproced, dirty, and...

Liked: Not much. The location, that?s about it.
Disliked: This place used to be an affordable no-frills option in Brooklyn/Bushwick. It is now overpriced trash. The last couple of times I stayed here it was clear it had gone downhill under the current management. Now they are pretty muchj a fleabag ripoff. I came in last weekend for a three night stay, having booked a month ago, and requested to shorten my stay by a night prior to arrival given the need to depart a night early. They rebooked me at a HIGHER total price for 2 nights then they had initially charged me for 3 nights, for the same dates, and refused to even attempt to rectify the matter. They ended up charging over $300/night for the room, and when I walked into my (non-smoking) room, it reeked of cigarette smoke and the smoke detector was covered over with a plastic bag (see photo). When I went to use the bathroom, there was urine left in the toilet (see photo). No soap in shower soap dispensers. they clearly hadn?t even bothered to clean the room - in the middle of a pandemic as well as a monkeypox outbreak in NYC. They made no effort to adjust their price gouging even after I reported the unacceptable condition of the room. In general, the rooms are very run down, the mattresses are cheap, and the place feels more like a front for something at this point. But they are willing to rip-off their customers given the slightest opportunity. Stay away.

Well worth the money.

Liked: Everything was great. The font desk was very kind. The room was much more cozy and clean than I expected. The bathroom in particular looked like it had been recently remodeled and felt very clean. The bathroom was equipped with bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, and a hair dryer.
Disliked: There was a slight odd smell in the hallways and in the room but i completely forgot about it within the first 5 minutes.
