Disliked: the toilet seat was crooked, power outlet on the balcony did not work, bath wash dispenser was empty. for some reason, my credit cards were not working at this hotel, however they worked at other businesses.

Liked: It is a very good value for New York City as a price wise, it’s also very close to the station. The neighborhood is not bad but still rough. But here’s a very nice Persian restaurant, Eyval, two doors away. They serve very sophisticated food and tasty, it was crowded with young fashionable people. It looks like this area is getting trendy soon. Car parking is underground and it’s included in staying without an extra charge, and also it’s fairy big even though I was worried before actually I saw it.
Disliked: The hotel is basically good, but there’s no fridge or iron or microwave. Another thing I want to mention is there were people who were not guests (I don’t know who they were) were hanging around a lot of time at a small hotel front area, ant it was kind of uncomfortable to me.
