Very nice hotel
Liked: Very comfortable and clean. Just on the outside of Shawano. Very good restaurant almost in the hotels parking lot.

Superb
Liked: The room was lovely, bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotless and in good working order.
Disliked: Check in took a while. Only one person was handling the desk and phones.

Not very clean. Room carpet...
Liked: Quite limitred.olki Juice machine broken. Coffee so so. Stale pastries.
Disliked: Very disappointing compared with several years ago.

I have been here 3...
Liked: Had my 5 year old granddaughter with us. The pull out bed mattress had the mattress springs sticking out of 3 sides of it and all were exposed. Sleeping on it after they brought in another mattress for it , same condition , sleeping was very difficult as you can feel all the springs even after putting 2 mattress pads and 2 blankets under the sheets was still extremely difficult. Would not ever stay here again. A super 8 would have been better. I would only give them a 1 star for comfort.
Disliked: We asked if we could switch rooms but they said no. They could have offered a cot or something for her,but did not. They were not concerned about out comfort, only said they were working on some renovations and left it at that.
