Disliked: Didn’t like the compact washer and dryer took to long to dry clothes, the furniture was extremely uncomfortable, the patio chairs also uncomfortable. NEED UPDATING !

Terrible customer service, nice apartment.

Liked: Apartment was great for room. We had a very good view from the balcony. Interior finishes are tired but okay. Appliances again are old but working and good for what you need. It could suit a family of 4 or 5, so okay for us. Good location for Disney. It felt like we were in the middle of all the Disney parks. Quiet on evenings and plenty of restaurants and shops close to the location.
Disliked: We requested a cot for our 2 year old when we made the booking. We also sent a message closer to the holiday date to check about the cot. When we got to the apartment I asked the front desk if they’d put a cot in the room. They didn’t know and one hadn’t been arranged. They couldn’t sort one for that evening and promised to have one with us for the following evening. This again did not happen, we got back to the hotel at 6pm and the same front desk member of staff didn’t know why we still didn’t have a cot. We eventually received one on the 3rd night. This was a big issue because of the age of our little girl, who struggles to settle on a night. Which meant for the entire 13 days we were all in 1 bed to sleep, despite the apartment being big we could make use of the space.Lack of sleep because of the situation affected everyone and ruined the holiday.

Liked: The location and the beautiful lake view, the sunset is especially beautiful to wake up too. The pool was amazing too!
Disliked: The room was very dirty, dust bunnies everywhere, and the appliances need to be upgraded; ex I think every blinds in the rooms had a falling piece that needed to go back in place..
