Liked: Breakfast was fantastic great value and the bar staff are excellent
Disliked: The room needed a lot of upgrading, broken toilet door handle, toilet paper holder hanging off, lack of towels for 2 people, paint is required and there was damp is the room, tried to tell the staff at reception and nothing was done about it. When checking out she asked for the room key and turned away when I was wanting to give feedback. Can’t get the simple basics right which is very disappointing for the amount i paid. If you want a comfortable seat to watch the football at night you should book in advance, doesn’t even matter that you are a hotel paying guest, otherwise your watching it on the small tv at a table they use for breakfast. The worst stay I’ve ever had in Blackpool

Liked: Being located in a football stadium made it a bit different from my usual overnight accommodation
Disliked: Breakfast not being served before 7:30 will probably deter me from staying here again

Disliked: Being asked to pay for parking as this has not happened before. Was only in the hotel for several hours as arrived late and leaving very early so was surprised to be asked to pay for parking
