Liked: Location, service in the bar and on reception was good
Disliked: The beds were so uncomfortable. The pillows were awful. Very bad night sleep for all of us. Duvet made a noise every time you moved.The only way the double bed would be comfortable is if you are in it alone. Breakfast service average

Disliked: Room was cold - difficult to use the heating settings.Bad smell due to next doors food plates being on the floor the whole time we were there - overnight too which was horrible to wake up to.Price of the parking.More like a 3 star than 4

Birthdya weekend

Liked: The hotel was clean
Disliked: The fact when I booked it it said check out time 2pm but we had to be out by 12pm. Also wasn't aware that the spa I have previously visited here twice had closed. Thag was the reason we stayed for the spa for my cousin birthday so that was a bit disappointing

Liked: Spacious rooms, good location. Next to big supermarket and easy to get around.
Disliked: Maybe have the thermostat that controls AC to put near the bathroom door as little green light that was on, it disturbed my sleep.

Liked: Clean. Loved that I could get still and sparkling water on tap.
Disliked: Parking was very expensive at £15 per night. This isn’t mentioned on booking.com so was an extra we hadn’t equated for. We had some issues with cleanliness but these have been addressed
