Liked: small but comfortable bed
Disliked: this is not a bed and breakfast but a “vacation rental”. ..there is no sign to identify Sunny Side Cottages(was told when we called the sign had to be returned)… when we arrived, no “live person” to welcome you…needed to get code to enter room…no coffee in room… had to go into a common area…no sink to get water…walk back to room to fill up water receptacle to make coffee which was bitter and undrinkable…shower floor retained water

Liked: What a very nice Shabby Scheek Boho style place. I would highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff, beautiful rooms, very warm and inviting atmosphere. I will be using this place as my home away from home. Thumbs up!!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. Very warm and inviting staff. Staff was super accommodating.

Great Stay in Dunedin!

Liked: The accommodations were clean and updated. Location was great, very walkable to downtown Dunedin. The property was nice and quiet, though I think there were only a couple of other guests staying. Communication prior to our arrival was good. The gift certificate for a local restaurant for breakfast to subsidize the removal of breakfast at the cottage was a nice treat. We would definitely consider staying here again.
Disliked: Due to the change of owners, I owed the full amount upon arrival (which was fine), however the host did not ask for payment when he checked us in and did not answer my text message the following day about how to proceed with payment. I called as we were checking out and the person who answered said they could not handle payment so the host would have to call me the next day when he was working again. Not the end of the world, but seemed a little disorganized. I also wish the pool and hot tub were better maintained, the water was a little green and there was a ton of small tree debris in the water that was getting in our bathing suits. Again, I'm sure this could have been attributed to the change in ownership, just hope they take care of my concerns for future guests.

Liked: The location of this property was amazing, right in Dunedin and very close to shops/food ect. Driving distance to honeymoon island was about 10min and no traffic at all during the week. I think there may have been 1 or 2 other guest the entire stay which was lovely as far as privacy goes.
Disliked: We found of the day of checking in there was no breakfast included anymore since the change of ownership. They did provide us a giftcard for $20 per day to use at a local cafe/coffee shop. The pool & hot tub was very dirty.. My husband actually skimmed it each day before we used it.. but there was never any staff around to help out.

Liked: Breakfast was a gift card to a local cafe which was a great touch since the room rate included breakfast. Large bathroom with nice walk in shower.
Disliked: Definitely overpriced but pricing is better than the local hotels Mattress was way too flimsy. It sagged in the middle and caused back pain. No available coffee in the lobby or in the room. Bathroom window locks would not fully lock which made me a bit insecure as the window is actually large enough for a person to climb through.

Liked: the property was very nice and had a good location.
Disliked: it was billed (both in terminology and in price) as a bed and breakfast. essentially it was a bed and we missed out on the breakfast and homey feel of a true b and b. we were not informed ahead of time about change in ownership and style of accommodation. the breakfast supplement only gave the 3 of us one breakfast at a restaurant. in short it was less than expected. staff was in meetings all day and not especially available or welcoming.
