Disliked: Room was a bit on the small side. The windows were open and located 8ft off the floor so we were unable to close them which led to a bit of noise from the street below keeping us awake.Only 1 pillow each for the bed and someone's fag papers left in night stand and a spot of blood on side of bath.

Avoid at all costs

Disliked: The decor was dated. The room was very small and did not look like the pictures. There were stains on the carpet and walls. Had a terrible experience with a member of the night staff, we were treated terribly and ended up leaving the hotel. I will not go into any further details as the hotel has lied to booking.com and twisted the story to cover up the employees behaviour and deny us a refund.

Liked: Location was the only positive about the hotel.
Disliked: Very poor value for an Executive room. The room was very dated with a very awkward to use shower. I couldn't find the remote for the TV and it was virtually useless anyway. The hairdryer was also dated and virtually useless. The whole floor that we were on smelled very musty and unclean. The lift was painfully slow, so we mainly used the stairs.
