Disliked: Left something in the room. Sent an email on Monday morning and have not received a reply. I would like the item returned and a reply.

Enjoyed our stay at Best Western Seaside Inn at St Augustine Beach. Reasonably priced; everything you need - microwave, fridge etc.; absolutely no complaints.

Like the location but as said above, the parking situation need to be addressed immediately due to limited size and constrictions.

Disliked: Parking was limited and constricted. Need to expand the parking lot, especially on the back side of the hotel. Very tight squeeze to get a pickup truck out of there.

Clean rooms; great location; staff was very friendly. Definitely would recommend to friends and family and look forward to staying again sometime when we are St. Augustine!
