The website indicated that breakfast was included. When the booking was made breakfast was excluded. The reception staff was going to query this and get back to us - she never did.

Liked: Good location, friendly staff , big rooms and good breakfast. I would stop again once rooms have been upgraded and pool open again
Disliked: Hadent been made aware of upgrading rooms , workers shouting the first morning we spent at 7am crying on like school kids wasent noisy rest of stay as much after. Pool closed not made aware of before the stay and the room was supposed to be 1 double andb1 single, we had 3 single beds.

Liked: We have stayed a few times now and just love coming here and will be coming again soon
Disliked: This time we came there was a dog barking in one of the rooms for nearly an hour , went down to sit in the lounge and told reception and they dealt with it quickly, just maybe tell people if they are bringing pets that they can't leave them in the rooms alone , but definitely not put me off coming back

Liked: The position was great . We had the evening meal, which was just about edible . It didn't look enticing as was the choice . It was a buffet style meal with very few options . We both had the fish, which was OK. But the salad choice looked poor, but it was fresh. If that was the normal meal standard, I wouldn't eat in again . I didn't have the breakfast .
Disliked: Friendly staff . The room was clean but dated . The bed was uncomfortable. The room was warm .We had a drink in the bar , staff was friendly ,prices good .

Liked: The location is good, the room was basic but clean. It's fine, just nothing much to comment on.
Disliked: The whole building and facilities are outdated and generally tired. Facilities are adequate but lack any feeling of effort to make your stay more than a just a bed in a room.

Wouldn't stay again

Liked: The roof wasn't leaking.Staff were friendly.Location.
Disliked: Bugs in towels.Radiator wouldn't turn off.Windows wouldn't stay open.No hot waster pressure.

Nice little getaway

Liked: Lovely staff cheap n cheerful but the entertainment alone was worth the stay
