Very disappointing

Disliked: The room wasn’t clean the fridge there was garbage of food from other people still left the key cards didn’t work there was no remote control for the TV

Disliked: No hot tub, first room was dirty and I had to ask for a new one, breakfast is pretty low standards

Kinda gross stay somewhere else...

Liked: Location was close to a restaurant and just off the main road. No street noises.
Disliked: Walked in to the room and it smelled of feet. Ice cold. We cranked up the heat and it took awhile for the room to get warm. There was a used womens disposable razor on the edge of the tub and no stopper in the sink. The breakfast was so sad it was almost funny. Coffee cups were the smallest to go cups I’ve ever seen maybe 8oz cups and only two kinds of creamer. Plain and a giant thing of French vanilla. Travel companion tried the sausage, it was gray and ice cold. He spit it out and bought breakfast elsewhere. Disappointing for the price. Price was more than other places in town. The previous year we stayed at Holiday Inn Express across the hwy for about the same amount of money and they had an amazing breakfast and very plush bedding, towels and much larger bathroom.

Liked: was up to date facility.
Disliked: The management and the front desk employee were very rude and disrespectful. Paid for the room for my father to be able to have his grandchildren to come and see him and spend time with him. The staff wouldn't let his grandchildren in his room or basically anywhere else on the property except in the front door. I have never heard of this policy or practice. We will never stay at this property again. We ultimately rent that room and it was fully paid. The children were not staying just visiting. He is an older man that lives far away it was very unfortunate that we were treated this way. I was also told the pools heater must not have been working because it was like taking an ice bath.
