Staff was knowledgeable and polite at both check in and check out. The room was clean and comfortable.

GREAT location; GREAT bed; CLEAN room. Couldn't ask for anything more. Wish I could have given it a 10 - 5 doesn't seem good enough.

Liked: Front desk people were REALLY nice. I got the feeling they really cared and were not giving lip service.
Disliked: Had to leave.

It was OK. Just a place to crash for a night. Originally got the room for me and my buddy for the Pearl Jam concert. But the bozos cancelled. Conveniently located in the center of Raleigh. Rooms were neat and clean. Already had the air running in the room when we got there, rarely happens at hotels. Usually the air is off. Overall a decent place.

Liked: Clean rooms and good security.
Disliked: Short breakfast hours. Only 6-9:30. Luke warm staff friendliness.

Check in and check out was quick. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts. Would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival, the hotel supplier had not sent over my confirmation which made for a not so great first impression. The staff looked at my confirmation email but because they didn't have me on their "list", the front staff advised I would need to call the hotel supplier. I asked if they had rooms available and hotel staff advised they did, but I would not get for the agreed rate. Needless to say, I was not happy! I called the supplier and held for 20 minutes. I finally reached someone and she faxed the information needed to hotel. Once the front staff received this information, it was pleasant. The hallway smelled musky and was always hot!

Liked: Great bed and room space!
Disliked: Smell and temperature in hallway; hotel policy.
