AWFUL...SLEEPLESS...TERRIBLE....would NEVER stay there again...

Liked: No lift - given a 3rd floor room with a dog !! Noise from the room beside kept us awake from 12.09am until 04.30am !!! was advised a partial refund would be given...NEVER recieved....
Disliked: AWFUL !!!!NO lift and no help offered to carry our luggae etc... and very noisy with swearing and fighting in the room next to us...

Disliked: We were stuck in the lift for over 2 hours. Fire brigade had to get us out. Also Spa wasn’t open due to asylum seekers arriving following day. Meal with family was lovely.

21st birthday celebration dinner, everything...

Liked: Location brilliant. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. We had a complimentary breakfast, excellent choice. Great stay, very clean hotel & comfortable bed.
Disliked: Just a mention their car park charge is normally £8, we did get this complimentary due to the health spa being closed.
