Very nice front desk personnel...

Liked: Convenient
Disliked: Poorly maintained- some lamps didn’t work.Tv had to be fixed by front desk. Floors weren’t clean. No casing over bathroom top of door.1/2 closet door broken.

Liked: Each employee we interacted with was very helpful and welcoming, the breakfast was wonderful and the room was very spacious.
Disliked: It seemed like it had been a while since the last deep clean of the room and stairwells, the bathroom toilet needed maintenance done on it.

Liked: I liked that the prices were fair for being so close to the tulip fields and being able to avoid the crazy traffic to get there. The breakfast was HUGE and very well done. There really was something for everyone there. The beds were VERY comfortable. There were a ton of lights in the room and plenty of seating.
Disliked: The carpet in our room was... I'm not sure how else to explain it, but "crunchy" like it had been shampooed, and all the cleaning product was left in the carpet and dried. It was not very comfortable mentally or physically to walk on barefoot. We also had two adults and two children and were only given two towels, I suppose that's minor considering we could ask for more. The TV was a little outdated and there wasn't much to choose from.

Liked: Aside from the fact that the toaster was broken, the breakfast was better than we expected, which is always a bonus! Reading lights beside the bed are important to us and they were there!
Disliked: The room needed a thorough vacuuming, the large mirror was a series of giant smears, There was a gob of drain hair beside the jacuzzi, and the sink drain was an open hole--great place to lose an earring or hearing aide.....

Ok for 2 nights but...

Liked: location. Bedding was clean shower was clean.
Disliked: room flooring needs replaced. the hotel is an older building Microwave had limited functionality keypad of numbers for time did not work Breakfast one day ran out of eggs at 0830 and coffee which was replaced but the eggs were not replaced

Liked: It was close to Tulip town.
Disliked: It smelled like smoke and it wasn't very clean. The breakfast was a joke. We didn't stay.

Liked: Not to much rooms are beyond dated contraction on going all over the hotel, really kind of a mess through out
Disliked: Construction noise
