Overall very positive experience. Will stay there next time I am in Ottawa.
Liked: Friendly and responsive staff. Very good breakfast.
Disliked: While room was very clean, dusting was needed, especially with light fixtures beside the bed. Also, stronger wattage for bedside lamps for reading.

Great location within walking distance to a lot of shops and downtown Ottawa. Very convenient to our son's apartment and Carleton University. Not a bad breakfast as well.
Liked: Well equipped with microwave, cutlery and very clean.
Disliked: Not much water pressure from shower.

Liked: Great location, very quiet, accommodating staff, ok breakfast

My stay was comfortable and...
Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was prompt with friendly cheerful service. The room was a good size and comfortable. I appreciated the snack corner they had on the ground floor. I enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood including the walk to the Corktown Pedestrian Bridge with the love locks. I was able to get some good photos from the bridge.
Disliked: The breakfast could be stepped up, eggs were spongy, Ham was somewhat dried up a few times by the time I got downstairs. My room faced the street which was a bit noisy but didn't interfere with my sleep. The hotel is too far to walk to any of the museums except the Canadian Museum of Nature which is just around the corner. Elgin Street has a lot of restaurants within walking distance, however it is being dug up for repair. The areas are fenced off but use of the sidewalk is still available.
