We really appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of most of the staff members, particularly Debbie at the front desk and Evone in the dining area, as well as Kiwi Ben the bartender. We would definitely stay here again! :)

Liked: We very much appreciated that the hotel staff moved us to a quieter room and when we alerted them to the fact that our air conditioner did not work throughout the night, they had someone there right away.
Disliked: Noise from other vacationers and the smell of smoke in the hallway. Our room also got very hot during the night with no air conditioning.

Disliked: The layout of the room wasn’t great. The door was near the bathroom and I wasn’t fond of it. There should’ve been a wall separating the door to the bathroom area. Some of the guest was loud after midnight.

Liked: The location was amazing. The room was bigger than I expected and the beds werevery comfortable.
Disliked: There could have been a designated time for adults to use the pool.It also would have been nice if there was free breakfast. Daily maid service, just to bring fresh towels, would have saved a daily trip to the front desk.
