Disliked: Nope everything was good could use some sausages tho

Disliked: No effort put into breakfast, hot water came on when pool closed and off when pool opened, linen not cleaned well, looked like blood on blankets, they had no more blankets, only provided one set of towels and had to wait until clean towels were washed.

Liked: Nothing. This place was absolutely terrible in every aspect.
Disliked: The hot tub was down for maintenance, the breakfast was cold and the juice machines were not working, there were no towels or washcloths or hand soap in my room, there were cobwebs in every corner of my room. The staff are rude and not helpful.

Liked: I felt sorry for the person working in the lobby. He had to handle all of the complaints and requests from people when there were problems. He was very patient and tried to accomodate. The location of the hotel was easy to get to.
Disliked: We had to change rooms 3 times. The first room had no blankets or towels and the wifi didn't work. The second room the shower didn't work. The third room did not have a safety latch on the door. None of the rooms looked vaccuumed. The hot tub didn't work.

Liked: The staff was nice. The room was not dirty. Breakfast eggs were good.
Disliked: We had to request towels and wash clothes 3 times. Staff couldn't say when the pool would be up. Curtains don't close for night privacy. Fridge was unclean and sticky. Automatic door was not operational. Turkey bacon is gross. Only 1st floor ice worked.

Disliked: Our room smelt like an awful air freshener, no fitted sheet on the bed, broken window, and window was open

Liked: I didnt like anything the bed was the only thing that was okay. The location was good.
