Liked: The continental breakfast was fantastic, and all the staff was great. Location was not too far from the sights of Vancouver, BC. Very comfortable room and close to great restaurants.
Disliked: The towels were pretty rough.

Liked: The staff were very accommodating of our needs both before and after our stay. The complimentary breakfast was of very good quality which added to the value significantly, and the hotel was located within walking distance of numerous restaurants and Metrotown Mall.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: I really like the free breakfast. The room was large and they put is in a quiet area. The room was clean.
Disliked: The bed was too firm for our liking.

Liked: The coffee machine had good coffee. The pillows were good. The TV was nice.
Disliked: The potato served at breakfast were always undercooked. The pressure in the shower was really bad.
